Charter97.org website attacked

Our website was temporarily unavailable due to an attack.

At 7:55 pm (Minsk time), the website was blocked by a sharp increase in incoming traffic. A character of requests and the number of IP addresses generating traffic, and the time indicate it was a massive DDoS attack.

The charter97.org administration neutralized the attack. The site became available for visitors 40 minutes later.
