National Bank of Belarus increases refinancing rate to 40%

The National Bank of Belarus increases the refinancing rate from 35% to 40% starting from November 10.
The decree of the National Bank №503 of November 8 2011 has been registered in the national legal documents register.
The previous increase occurred on October 14, 2011, when the refinancing rate was raised by 5% to 35%.
