Resignation of Yury Luzhkov is per se a bad news for Lukashenka.

Dmitry Medvedev, having fired one “Lu” sent shortly his ardent hello to the other one from Shanghai, “Salidarnasc” newspaper writes.

Answering to the journalists’ questions, the Head of RF commented the coming presidential elections in our country. “I am sure that Belarusian people will make their choice and it will be exercised within the legislative field, with maintenance of all rights of citizens of Belarus, -- Medvedev stated. – We are we are not indifferent to the fate of Belarus. I am not expecting anything good. It’s a joke”.

In every joke as it is known there is only a grain of joke. Moreover, in recent time in relation to Lukashenka Kremlin acts practically on the same scenario, according to which he was driving his friend Luzhkov out of the mayor's office. A solid information volley was executed on the both, and the first one to act was NTV channel, then others followed it.

After that Luzhkov received a suggestion about his voluntary resignation. It is rumored in political lobbies, that the high-ranking visitor from Moscow hinted recently: what is being done now by Kremlin in relation to the Head of Belarus –is not a war yet; what a real war is, Lukashenka will learn, if he will decide to run for presidency again…

Luzhkov did not understand the hint addressed to him. In the end in spite of honorable send-off he got a resignation in connection with “the loss of trust of the president”. It will be interesting to see the further actions of Moscow concerning Lukashenka.

Due to Moscow perturbations the Head of Belarus lost, perhaps, the strongest political ally in Russia. Taking into consideration the fact that Medvedev and Lukashenka are having a permanent altercation recently, one can await comments concerning Luzhkov’s resignation from the latter. If the Head of Belarus keeps silence, it will mean, that he was frightened seriously by what happened to the mayor.
