Petrol in Belarus goes up for third time in one year

Since May 12 Belbeftekhim concern increases selling prices for oil products sold through fuel stations.

"Interfax" agency was informed about that at Belarusneft - Minskoblnegteprodukt entreprise.

"We have recieved an order number 160 of May 11 from Belneftekhim, according to which since May 12 selling prices for oil products go up averagely for 6.5%," a representative of the entreprise reported.

Belarusneft - Minskoblnegteprodukt is a part of Belarusneft production enterprise and is specialsed on selling oil products to physical persons and legal entities.

According to the order, since May 12 the price of 1 litre of Normal -80 petrol is to cost Br 2,250 with VAT (growth by 8.2%), AI-92 petrol Br 2,870 (growth by 6.3%), AI-95 petrol Br 3,240 (growth by 6.2%), diesel fuel Br 2,580 (growth by 6.1%).

Last time selling prices for oil products sold through fuel stations were increased on February 27, by 7% in average. The first price growth in 2010 took place on January 23, by averagely 2%.
