The Voice of Russia radio station called the report about Lukashenka's statements addressed to Russia "Nose-diving Lukashenka chronicle".

Judging by the latest daring statements of Alyaksandr Lukashenka concerning Russia, the events in Kyrgyzstan have perturbated him in real earnest, "Voice of Russia" informs.

"As long as I am the president, I would not allow any "colour revolutions" here," stated Lukashenka, having recieved Kurmanbek Bakiyev under his personal protection. The ruler of Belarus, probably full-hearted and filled with brotherly feelings and allied intentions towards Russia, on April 25, 2010 reminded to Moscow about Russian military bases situated at the territory of the country, and for which Minsk is paid "zero roubles, zero kopecks and zero dollars". Lukashenka had no scruples to remind Moscow about Russian missile attack distant early warning station of which is deployed near the town of Baranavichy, and about the base near Vileyka which offers connection with the undersee fleet of Russia in the Atlantic Ocean.

No wonder as usual Lukashenka kept silent about endless loans for the economy of Belarus by Russia, not to mention non-reciprocal injections which would allow the Belarusian ruler to avoid social disruption in his country for the period of his presidency and practically reduce to zero aftermaths of the global financial crisis.

It should be reminded that Russian President Dmitry Medvedev at a press-conference with his Ukrainan collague Viktor Yanukovych in Kharkiv, stated answering the question whether Belarus could count upon a price reduction analogous to the one for Ukraine, that the Russian side is ready to offer prefernces, and for gas among other things, to the countries that are Russia's partners in practice, and not only declare that.

Moreover, over the years of the "union state" existance, thanks to the methods of obtaining economic preferences from Russia, effective schemes of blackmailing and speculations have been worked out, including transit of hydrocarbons to the EU countries, which had not loosen an isolation stranglehold over Belarus, or brotherly relations of the two countries, which could be divided only by artificial borders.

Political blackmailing of former USSR republics against Russia is not a new thing, and sooner or later such methods are sure to face reluctance to show indulgence to such manipulations, as well as to listen to more and more sophisticated ultimatums, "Vopice of Russia" notes.

It is not difficult to imagine Lukashenka's reaction when the red ribbon of Northen Stream gas pipeline would be snipped. Creation of the international global system of anti-missile security, Obama and Medvedev are speaking about, is likely to make Lukashenka, as a countermeasure against Mocow and Washington's rapproachment, to offer Osama bin Laden and Taliban leaders to be guests in Belarus, to hunt in Belavezha Forest (Belavezhskaya Pushcha) and to undergo a careful medical check-up.

The Belarusian ruler considers further activities of the CSTO, uniting Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan unpromising, in te case the organistion's configuration is to stay as it is at the moment.

"What kind of an organisation it is, when in one of the CSTO countries blood is running in torrents, a coup takes place? [Everything is] silent, no reaction. Why? If the CSTO cannot react in time and influence events in Kyrgyzstan, is shows what kind of organisation it is," Lukashenka said continuing the topic of military cooperation, analysing the events in Kyrgyzstan.

It is important to pay attention to the fact that the CSTO goals and aims are defense of common cultural, economic and territorial space by joint efforts of the armies and operations support units of ministries and agencies of the countries participants from any foreign policical aggressors, international terrorists, and large natural disasters.

It is possible that the Belarusian leader sincerely thinks that ousting of his Kyrgyz guest from the position of the president after mass protests in Bishkek could be called a natural disaster or the opposition and impoverished population of the country indignant at Bakiyev's policies could be called international terrorists.

It is possible that the situation looks much simplier, and Lukashenka should not be angry. It looks as if the words of Kurmanbek Bakiyev in Minsk have some hidden call for help of the Belarusian leader himself:

"Frankly speaking, after everything that has taken place, I am exhausted. And even if I woul dbe dragged to become a president, I would say: "Dear friends, it's enough, give us fresh people, new people!"
