Tomorrow a court trial is to take place where complains by lawyers of all detained in the KGB prison are to be considered.

On Monday a second interrogation of Vital Rymasheuski took place. During the investigation his lawyer managed to meet with him for the second time. Vital Rymasheuski’s state of health is satisfactory, despite of certain problems. The former presidential candidate representing the Belarusian Christian Democracy party keeps high morale, he adheres to his position that it had been a peaceful rally, and everything in his power had been done by him to prevent provocations, related to breaking glass doors in the Government House, the press-service of the Belarusian Christian Democracy reports.

It is also informed that on Wednesday 9.30 a.m. a court trial is to start, where complains of lawyers of all detained in the KGB jail are to be considered. The complaints are related to changing the measure of restraint, detention in custody. Rymasheuski’s lawyer has also filed a complaint and asks to change the measure of restraint for a written undertaking not to leave the place. He is sure that a written undertaking not to leave the place would be quite enough for the investigation to be continued.
