A military conscript professed the soldiers were made to vote early.

Conscript of military unit #6713 Raman Ivanchanka, who came to polling station #114 in Mahilou, made a public statement. He said all soldiers, including him, are forced vote in advance. According to him, these orders are given by his direct commander. The campaign “Human Rights Activists for Free Elections” received this information from Lubou Padrabinkina, an observer at the polling station.
