Candidates’ speeches and TV debates will be broadcast live

Speeches of the presidential candidates will take place from November, 22 to December, 3.

The Belarusian Central Election Commission decided that the debates and speeches of presidential candidates will be broadcast live, according to “Interfax-West”.

At the meeting of the CEC it was decided that the debates of the presidential candidates and their speeches will be broadcast live on December, 4 from 17.00 to 19.00, on the radio - on December, 5.

The debates will take place in the recording in those cases, if the candidates themselves will submit the corresponding written application, “Euroradio” reports.

According to the draw which took place at the CEC meeting the first speaker will be Viktar Tsyareshchanka, the second - Yaraslau Ramanchuk, the third - Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu, the fourth - Alyaksandr Lukashenka, the fifth - Ales Mikhalevich, the sixth - Vitaly Rymasheusky, the seventh - Dmitry Uss, the eighth - Mikalai Statkevich, the ninth - Ryhor Kostuseu and the tenth - Andrei Sannikov.

Air time for candidates’ speeches will be available on weekdays on television from November, 22 to December, 3 from 19:00 to 20:00, and on radio - in the same period, from 6.10 to 7.10.
