Dalia Grybauskaitė wished victory to last dictator of Europe

The Lithuanian president has stated that Lukashenka’s further rule would “limit influence of Russia”.

President of the Republic of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė has stated that Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s victory in the election could help to guarantee stability and would limit influence of Russia. It was reported by Reuters on November 11 with a reference to diplomatic sources.

“Lukashenka is a guarantor of economic and political stability in Belarus, its independence. We would not like our neighbour to turn into a second Russia,” that is what Dalia Grybauskaitė said at the meeting with ambassadors of the EU countries in Vilnius, according to Reuters.
