Belarusian KGB warns: Dictatorship can’t avoid crisis

Head of the center of information and public relations Valer Nadtachaeu said at a press conference in Minsk on October 22 that the Committee of State Security of Belarus (KGB) was concerned about the world financial crisis.

The KGB spokesman doesn’t doubt that the crisis will affect Belarus, BelaPAN notes.

“The world is like a crowded shared apartment, so we will hardly avoid some side effects. Time will show what effects we will face,” Nadtachaeu said.
